Most products (even custom sized products) ship within 7-10 days. Shipments are via UPS Ground. Shipping amounts shown include a US$6.00 handling fee. Shipping amounts shown at checkout are estimates, and in most cases, the actual shipping total will be slightly less than the estimate shown. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii are typically more than the amount shown. (The nature of custom bedding makes it impossible to predict the weight of your goods). If you need the exact shipping amount, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Expedited shipping options are available. Please contact us if you need to take advantage of that service, and we will be happy to provide a shipping quote.


No returns will be accepted without prior authorization by phone, email, or fax.

We cannot accept any returns on the basis of color match, or other dissatisfaction with fabric qualities. The made-to-order nature of our products means that all sales are final, except as noted below. To ensure that you are happy with the fabric or fabrics that you have selected, we offer to mail free fabric swatches, and encourage you to take advantage of this service.

  • Unless expressly stated in the product description or packaging, all of our goods, with the exception of Bridal Satin products, carry a two-month wear-and-tear warranty. Any damage reported more than 60 days from the date of purchase must be assumed to be the result of wear and tear, and we are unable to provide repair or replacement.
  • Due to the extremely delicate nature of the Bridal Satin fabric, products made from Bridal Satin do not come with any wear-and-tear warranty. We will only accept returns for manufacturing defects or non-conformity with order on these items.
  • No returns can be accepted except in the case of defective merchandise, premature wear-and-tear (within 60 days of purchase) or non-conformity with confirmed order.
  • No replacements can be sent until after defective products are returned to London Bridge Linens for examination.
  • Returned merchandise must be CLEAN, either unused, or freshly laundered. Any returned bedding in less than clean condition will not be examined, repaired, replaced, or credited, but will be sent directly back to the customer at their own expense.
  • Defective merchandise includes, but is not limited to:
    1. Badly sized product.
    2. Product that has been sewn improperly (stitching coming out, raw edges exposed, etc)
    3. Product that does not conform to the order - missing options, wrong fabric/style etc.
  • Defective merchandise does NOT include:
    1. Product that shrinks, fades, becomes splotchy, etc, due to improper laundering
    2. Product that suffers damage due to wear and tear.
    3. Product that suffers pilling
